Project Type: Infrastructure, Roadway, Sidewalk and Pedestrian Ramp Projects
Positions available: Resident Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer
Resident Engineer with extensive experience in public works projects, with particular emphasis in large building rehabilitation with an understanding of pedestrian ramps, earthwork, pipelines, structural reinforced concrete, pile foundation systems, structural steel, mechanical (boilers/generators) and electrical systems, instrumentation and controls, plumbing, etc.).
Candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or equivalent experiences. A NYS PE license and certifications from CMMA, NICET or other similar agencies is preferred. At least five years experience in construction inspection or management of infrastructure projects. Demonstrated leadership, supervisory and administrative skills a must. Ability to work with program management systems as well as experience with cost estimating, scheduling and change order processing is required. Immediate employment in NYC.
