We’re looking for a Personnel Scheduler for MATOC Task with transportation industry experience. This position will support WMATA within the Washington, DC Metro area and is ideal for someone with previous or current WMATA experience or similar experience with a major transportation authority.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain MATOC project personnel for each task schedule and schedule resource utilization plans for multiple simultaneous projects and operational activities. The purpose of the resource utilization plan is to schedule needed WMATA departments for each task, i.e., electrical escort for working in power rooms, Plant personnel for opening doors to obtain areas of work, and a power escort to deenergize electrical panels;
· Support working groups to help determine needs and resources; and
· Support assessment of workarounds/contingency planning for major work events.
· A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field;
· Ability to evaluate and develop complex schedules for multiple tasks;
· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Primavera® (P6);
· Experience with Procore; and
· Strong communication skills.
WMATA Experience Preferred.
Salary Range: $85,000-$103,000
