M&J Engineering is a leader in construction management and inspection, ITS, mechanical, electrical, wastewater, water supply, tunnel airport, port, marine/coastal, environmental engineering, and design-build services for both new infrastructure projects and renovations.
M&J is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support large-scale capital improvement programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules across design, construction, and design-build projects. This role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, schedule analysis, and project controls within complex infrastructure environments.
Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 based on qualifications and experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in CPM scheduling or project controls (infrastructure/public sector preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 required
• Strong understanding of CPM methodology, critical path analysis, and delay analysis
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, design-build delivery, and capital programs
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex project environment
